We are two brothers who started our organization when we were high school students in Fairport, NY. Being raised in a nice community allowed us many freedoms to find our life interests, such as sports, music, and education. As we grew older we started to appreciate how lucky we were to have had the opportunity to explore our passions and meet mentors along the way, such as coaches and teachers. We also realized that, for many societal reasons, not everyone had those same opportunities.
We decided to start something where we could directly give back to others in our community. We hope that through this endeavor we can enable others to explore their interests too. Whether it’s helping someone attend a summer camp, take music lessons, explore career interests, or even just recognizing someone for outstanding character, we hope we can positively impact other people’s lives in our community.
Being our first venture, we want to start with activities that we know well. We’ve been involved with amazing basketball and music programs in our community for many years. These great experiences have made monumental impacts on our lives. We see clear opportunities to expand the access to these programs and experiences to others. Though we plan to start with “what we know”, we hope to grow into other spaces as well. Wherever we think we can make a difference, we’ll be there!
